2023 Young Men's Camp will be a great opportunity for the young men of the Blackstone Valley Stake to build friendships with one another while at the same time growing closer to our Savior Jesus Christ and becoming ever more truly his disciples. Summary Details

Purpose

• The purpose of Young Men's Camp is to strengthen the young men in the Priesthood, develop their relationships with other youth and leaders, and teach them to feel the Spirit and recognize God's hand in their lives. Through outdoor adventure and activities, young men will have fun while they gain confidence that they can do hard things, acquire leadership experience, build motivation for missions, and focus on service to others. Camp activities will provide the opportunity for development of life skills in a wide range of areas.

Ages

• All Young Men are eligible to register and attend.

Cost

• The cost is estimated to be $150 per person.  You should make payments via your ward/branch using a donation slip.  It's possible the amount could change once final plans are set, and if so, we will communicate this with you.

Schedule

• We will spend Mon, Tue and Wed nights at Barnes Field Campground in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. On Thursday, we will pack up camp and drive to Bingham, Maine in preparation for a Friday whitewater rafting trip down the Kennebec River. We will return to Massachusetts on Friday evening.

• There will be a variety of activities, including different hiking trips, biking trips, campsite-based workshops, and whitewater rafting.
